Process for submitting walks
- Before submitting a walk please check for available dates using the walks planning calendar below.
- Walk Leader chooses a date & time for their walk and then books the date with our Programme Co-ordinator.
- Booking walks within our traditional Tuesday, Friday and Saturday pattern is encouraged.
- The Walk Leader enters the details of the walk into Walks Manager and then informs the Programme Co-Ordinator so that the walk details may then be checked and published OR the Walk Leader sends the details of the walk to the Programme Co-ordinator who will add the walk to Walks Manager on their behalf.
